Does anyone have a ball park idea how many turns out the air jets are on the stock setup and the other thing is my 06 BA just seem to have the one snorkle under the seat and none inside, is this the case

My 05 TBA only had the one snorkle also.

I'm not sure how far out they are from stock but when I rejetted to 130's I turned them all the way in. After that I turned them out 2 turns went riding still had popping so I turned another 1 1/2 turns out. After 3 1/2 total turns out everything ran great.
I also only had the one snorkle under the seat on my 05 TBA which was removed when I rejetted.

I pulled the AI, snorkel, and re-jetted the mains to 130 Sunday, then went three turns out on my 05 Speedmaster, and nearly balanced the carbs. (I'm not sure about the carb balance, due to either my homemade balancer, or an error in my methods.) I have limited test mileage on it now, and may have heard one very slight burp on deceleration yesterday.

The factory settings seem to vary from 3/4 to 1 3/4 turns. To meet world wide emission requirements, this is as lean as they can be set and still run OK.
The inner snorkles may not be there, this seems to be a regional market thing with them installed as required to meet local noise limits.
It is best to adjust the idle mixture to where you get the highest idle speed. When mine were adjusted to eliminate exhaust popping completely, it cost me some 10 - 15 MPH at the top end because the idle and transition jets start functioning again as a high speed power enrichment circuit.
