Yeah, it happens almost always. If you let it idle with the choke out and squeeze the clutch lever and release it quickly a few times it sometimes, but not always will make it shift into first quietly. I think it is because we have "wet" clutches and the oil makes the clutch plates stick together. I don't think it does any harm, but it is a little annoying.
