That may be a generalization and I don't know that I concur....I don't experience any drift, right or left, when I take my hands off the bars...I've done it at highway speeds and lower. The bike runs straight and true (dependant to a degree on road surface profile, of ourse). I've let go for considerabnly longer than 3-4 seconds.
