Your passenger should keep his/her body aligned with yours but their head should "look into the turn" just over your shoulder. In other words, no excessive leaning, if turning right, look right.

And with a passenger, unless in a formal on-track race, no excessive over lean on your part. In other words, no knee dragging when taking curves/turns.
