Definitely not the movie star way to do it. Three 20-something year-old kids from Charleston, SC are riding their used bikes around the world on the cheap. I especially like the "Feed Us" tab, where you can contribute money for noodles, gas, or beer. Ahh, to again be young, without responsibility, and free. I'm very jealous but... (I didn't read the whole website yet)....
How many times do these guys get lost or seperated from each other?
Why did they sell their bikes before entering China?

I only quickly went thru their site, but it sounds like the Chinese made them change bikes. Their bikes were "too big", and they now have 125 or 150cc Chinese bikes. They are shipping theirs to the US to pick and continue on with there.
Yep, to be young again.

Wow I can see wasting some serious time on that site. Got to love China, no bikes over 150 cc that doesnt make a whole lot of sense.

Yeah, I wasted some serious time on it last night. And I had never heard of couchsurfing . Pretty neat idea. I spent a little too much time on that site also. Guess I am no longer "with it".

Wow! I just spent over an hour on their site. That's quite an undertaking! The pics are fabulous! (I don't know if I spelled that right, but I didn't want to say "awesome") I've been thinking about quiting my job, and riding around the country. This adds fuel to the fire.

Even their initial trip across America was impressively neat; both on bikes that cost less than $1,000 each.
