The closest, non electric, best out there is the BrakeAway.
Cost is about $200 but I wouldn't trade mine for anything. It's the only throttle lock(cruise control) that will disengage when you hit the front brake. The quality and workmanship are outstanding! VERY easy to use. I don't know of any electric ones for our bikes.
