My commute to work is seventeen miles one way @ an average speed of 50 miles per hour give or take a few.
I always fill the tank well topped off while leaning on the kickstand .....before riding home. I fill it until the gas is just lapping the top of the inner ring.
I had to switch to reserve at 150.4 miles the other day.
