better to question where you have been!!!

1st. off you'll never see me in an HD boutique but you mighta caught me in a Harley shop as late as 1971 attempting to justify a Hog after the bowling ball company took over. couldn't make the leap.

regards the "new cruiser" talk everyone here speaks of ....... to my knowledge the only one we've all sought is a larger displacement model based on the speedo & america's lines. i continue to count myself amongst those who want to see that bike happen.

as to 'other' new cruisers i personally only consider the R3 , speedy & america as 'Cruisers'. everything else is either vintage, sportbike or cafe.

i did make reference awhile back to spy photos but so did a few other guys. someone asked me to post them & i could not as my history is auto deleted daily. i found them again about 3 weeks later somewhere else. these were larger shots so you got a pretty good look at the rear end. the bike in question is obviuosly not a cruiser but a sport bike as was witnessed by it's suspension & rearend cosmetics. if i knew how to transfer pics from my screen to site i'd have posted but it's only the photographer 'claiming' this bike is a new 1300 cc bike.

oh yes, without doubt i believe Triumph will be introducing a larger displacement cruiser based on the present configuration & i certainly hope of the engine design greybeard projects as possible. the sooner the better as far as i am concerned & whether i buy that bike or an R3 remains to be seen cause part of the reason i want that bike out is so that Triumph has somethin in the same weight class that'll flat out smoke every twin cam 88 out there instead of everyone talkin bout beatin sporty's!!! I sincerely want it to become household language that everyone knows Triumphs blow away Hd's.

you may not like my very little joke which in my opinion at best was good for a grin & certainly not worthy of insult.

you can choose to dislike me for whatever reason & call me all manner of names & i'll likely not care.

do not , however, question my loyalty to Triumph motorcycles of any vintage as i even forgive the youth of the world for riding sport bikes as long as it reads Triumph
on the tank. i could buy a new speedy & an R3 for what i own in Triumph parts sittin in my basement. it is bad enough that i live in a county full of inbreds with iq's of about 75 that can only think HD & give me & my beautiful 71 bonny billy badass looks at stop signs but to be called an HD fan at this site is intolerable!!!

i forgive you !!! ..... only cause the POPE died & HE SAID I SHOULD!!
