When I bought my America new they didn't give me a manual, its a three hr. trip to the dealer, so I told them to mail it to me, it took them 3 weeks to get it to me, by then I had 800 miles[rained alot] they told me 7 weeks til service,this was in the end of May and they wanted to schedule me for july. I went to another dealer and there were all kinds of former customers talking real bad about the dealer i bought my bike from. Ten days is a long time but it could be worse!
