Went to a bike night on Tuesday on the ST.
I'd known of this bike meet for a few years - just never went is all.
The evening was nice 'n warm so I decided to put some more miles on the bike.
It seemed every bike you could imagine was there from Monkey bikes to tricked out Busas to old Triumphs etc.
Lots of cruisers as well as rice burners.
Met a guy named James (I see he finally managed to join this evening - thanks Phil!) who was riding a very nice black America.
He had modified Speedmaster pipes - photo to follow.
Anyway, a good evening, I'll probably go again, and I managed to 'open up' the ST too
The dealer slightly annoyed me after I managed to get 750 miles in over the weekend, he tells me I have to wait 10 days for the 500 miles service!
WTF?
Called back to check on the ETA for the panniers and top box and he says go and put more miles on it - 1200/1300 miles won't be an issue.
Oh yeah, don't be scared to use the revs ......
Where I come from, we call that a red rag to a bull ...
