I read somewhere that a heavier aftermarket shift link somehow reduced the noise (don't know how... but it's what I read). The looks have gotta be the bike! I was out riding this afternoon and a real pretty blonde in a Saab convertible slowed down beside me and hollered "I love your bike!". I must admit, made me feel pretty good.
