Palmer, don't you mean you get rain (heavy rain) from 4-4:15 pm, and the roads are dry and clear by 5! I used to live in Naples (still miss it!) and never sweated the rain, cause most times it was gone as fast as it came.... And no, I never got tired of seeing the ocean either!
