Hey Bud, Happy 4th back at ya! You can use those 12 oz cans. I bought one of those wire holders that a can slides into to hold it. I think I got mine at an outlet store, but you can find these at places like
The Barbecue Store, and I think Bed Bath & Beyond. They're just about everywhere now and are handy since I like to use Dr Pepper or Pepsi sometimes instead of beer.
