Mark, this isn't directed to you but kinda because of you and Matt and Yota and etc.

A note for all you ladies out there as the yutes are, well, yutes.

Deeply they'll swallow from your finest kegs,
Then swiftly be gone, leaving bitter dregs.

Perhaps Pat should pass out Louisville Sluggers to the more august attendees to keep the yoots in line?

There's gonna be girls at the rally? Well I guess Matt and I have the first half of the week to round some up.

FYI for those looking to learn something other than a new drinking game...

Since Matt and I are trailering there, my bike will be stone cold when I arrive thursday night, so that sounds like as good a time as any for a valve check! Wohoo! We hope to get there by 8ish, for anyone wanting to watch/help.

For every .001 out you drink a beer. Geez, that sounds like me 35 years ago: must be a beer flashback.

You can play any game you want as long as it is not within a 20 ft radius of my bike.

And you have obviously forgotten about the annual "Projectile Vomitting Contest."
Last year's winner, and still champ, Matt, has been practicing a lot for the event.

I was actually looking for info on what kind of Suzuki 800 windshield fits the SM, and ran acrosss this thread...sounds like fun...
I'll just bring a tent, since I'm leaving the day after the party for Las Vegas anyway...<G>
Hope nobody minds a beer/wine drinking old lady showing up to laugh at all the lousy jokes... and I promise I wont' wear any of my Harley Tshirts... <BG>

The only way anyone could be too late for the rally is if they say they will be there after it happens. The more the merrier.

One Sheetload plus 4.
Looks like we have about 60-70 people threatening to show up. I invited some other locals as well.
I still have about 22 gallons of beer but it looks like we may end up making beer runs as well. That's ok, it's way cheaper than in Georgia and miles closer with great selections.
Maybe Jaymo will even show up. I got the final parts needed yesterday and Matt and I are going to try to get the bike together in the next few days.

And Mary, of course you're welcome and I have enough spare shirts and patches so no sweat, I'll put you on the shirt list too.

Amd Mark, that would be Canandaigua Lake by the way, not the other way around. Maybe I can get my brother to take some of you for boat rides on the lake, when he's not cooking for us that is.

Hey Pat,
I spent the afternoon fabricating plexi-glass backing plates
for my Saddlemen bags. They were just starting to tear, and
I didn't want them to end up like yours did.

Big Poppy, LJ3000, and I should be to your place mid to late
afternoon on Thursday. Happy Hour!

I can't wait to get on the road!

Pat, looks like I will be sending up a care package as well. It will contain the parts to do a "shim job" on my scoot. Afraid I didn't plan that time very well, so I figured I would just add it to Benny's shim adjustment... now we can have two classes and noone will feel left out . I can't wait for the rally, I really need this vacation... ride safe...Gordon
