Got the port a pooper ordered, just waiting for the chef (my brother Al) to get back from California and finalize the barbeque plans. Tons of folks coming, I think the list of which members are not coming is now shorter then the list of attendees.

Pat, Does the port-a-pooper have anything to do with Al's barbeque plans? "People.... stay away from the blue barbeque sauce".
Sorry, I'm cranky cuz I can't go. Have fun!

Is there anyone riding up from the western PA area or coming up through this way? Just checking to see if I could hook up with someone to make the ride a little better. Let me know, Thanks, Ron

Bike is running great (knock on wood) It is in the shop getting new tires installed and should be ready to go. Do you know of anyone coming up from down south or in the western PA area? Let me know if you know of anyone. Thanks, Ron

Ron, I live in Buffalo. If you're planning on coming up the I-90 from W. Pa on Friday, you could ride over with me. The band is bringing all my gear on Saturday and I'm riding a day early. I'd be pulling out of my driveway around 8:00 in the morning Friday. If it works for you ...lemme know. Tad BB

That would mean that I would have to get about a 0600 start, That might be a little too early for me to get my butt moving but I will keep you posted. Thanks, Ron

Ron, So far Snert (Terry) and I (Don) and possibly pipedr (Barry) are making the trip together. We are looking to avoid the slabs as much as possible, so our proposed route is up 219 to 255 to 120 to 155 to 417 to 21. I'll be taking 22 to 119 to get to 219 and Dubois and figure I can hook up with Terry at a Sheetz on 255 in Dubois. It's not final yet, but so far that's the plan.

Hello Ron, I'll be leaving State College at 7:30am Friday. I'm going to try and make it up to Watkins Glen and meet everyone there for the Noon run. Let me know if this might work for you. Scott

Ron, There should be a combined Southern and Connecticut Yankee contingent departing the Mansfield Inn in Mansfield PA on Wednesday morning. Mansfield Inn 26 South Main Street Mansfield, PA 16933 570-662-2136 fax-662-2067 Reservations 800.918-9333 AAA ♦♦ Yet, after checking out grump's route and where you are and State College is, yous guys get to ride in one day to Pat's place. When you guys are at 155 and 6 we would be 60 miles east of you. I have ridden 6 and PA Rt-6 is a beaut of a highway. Scenic Highway at that. The Southern contingent will ride 522 from Front Royal till we hit US15 north. Anyone care to comment about US522? Nice road? Mountain Valley Road? We might jog East on 6 to 14 and ride up through the Glen.

Grump will be glad to hear that Lowes is just a hop skip and a jump down the street. And it's one of the brand new giant ones so he can get himself some wood!

Hey Moe,
It looks like 522 meets 15 in Selinsgrove. what time and day will you be ariving at that point. I will be heading up 15 from Gettysburg on Wednesday morning. It is a little over an hour to Harrisburg and anywhere from 30 min. to an hour to Selinsgrove. So I figure it being about 2 hours from my house. Maybe a bit more.

And they sell Cigars next door!! I'm in. We should leave earlier than last year so we can spend more time there. Niagara Falls is a beautiful little town, expensive and really become a tourist trap since I was a little kid but still beautiful.
