Just a reminder, 38 daze... If you don't have a reservation, you should call the LaFayette ASAP if you plan on staying there. She told me yesterday she has a lot of res's for youz guys already but only has a few rooms left, so give her a shout if you need a room still.
Gotta make some more beer this week too, I already emptied one of the kegs and have dented another. That leaves 4 still, but another 2 are in order. each one is 5 gallons by the way, the stainless Coke kegs are what I use. I have a IPA and a Honey Pale Ale and some 4 year old barleywine (not for the meek, about 15% abv) on tap now. I am making a very cool specialty beer this week that will astound you. I toasted the grains and special ingrediants the other day and will brew this wednesday/thrusday. I have company from Seattle staying with me Wednesday, he's a brewer too so he can assist, but he will also want to help drain one of the other kegs. But anyway, it looks like about 50+ folks are now saying they will be here, more if everyone that says they are coming actually do show up. Tad has the band all set to play Saturday night as of our last conversation, my brother, Al, is all set to barbeque for us, he's a master q'er. Ed (biker) says maybe we'll cook up a huge spisghetti dinner for one of the nights too. He painted his bike too, but hasn't told anyone yet. (His son works at the race track with me). Are you packed? Ready to party? Ready to ride? Let's git 'r dun!
oh yea, I forgot, PLEASE sign up on the NorEast Patch and T-shirt thread if you have not already. I have orders for over 50 patches and 60 shirts, so sign up so I can order the shirts. I will get a few spares, but the sizes are what I am after. Patches already ordered, 75 on their way.
