Yes he is. The one time he nailed me (I had Mass plates at the time...) I was entering Mt Tabor and had let off the gass cause I knew the speed limit dropped to 45. Right as I PASSED the speed limit sign, I see him flip on his lights a good quarter mile ahead. I figured he was nabbing people coming AT me since he was on the other side of the road. Nope, he was getting me... Man did that suck. I think I fought that one... Can't remember. I got a couple tix in NH around that time too. Brand new (at the time) Jetta with the VR6
