Benny,
I mapped out Elmira to Canandagua. It is only about 1.5 hour ride to Pat's place so when we get get closer to time we will get cell phone numbers and we can meet in Elmira before we go to the rally.Plans are not written in stone yet but getting close.

Four bikes so far. I am pretty sure we will meet some others on the way up.

At the latest, Tuesday morning as arrival would be Thursday morning. Monday would be betterer.

Now what about Ryan and Gordon? You guys cool with Monday? Actually, Ryan you OK with Sunday?

Heck if we have the weekend off normally, how about Saturday to Chys, Sunday depart for the land of grape pie? Then we could roll easy.

Gordon, what say you?

Happy Birthday Gordon! I'll have to check on the additional days away. I was planning on taking that entire week, but I am unsure about leaving the family for the entire proceeding weekend. Will take some skillful negotiating

Anyone know a good back surgeon? I am in agonizing pain!

Ride Safe

Ryan

That's the beauty of it Gordon.

When I hear the operator saying 'will you accept the charges from the hairy backy neanderthal?", I can politely say "not in this lifetime!"

Well if y'all don't mind a late addition to the thread, I'm thinking of making the journey up. Considering packing light, then picking up a sleeping bag at a walmart or hardware store when I get there and donating it to the cause afterwards.

Just soz all youz guyz know, I am brewing a new batch of some sweet porter, as I type it is boiling away in the garage.
I kegged the Speedmaster Red A$$ Amber this morning too, but no way will that make it to September. It'll be gone in a few weeks. Even I can't drink 10 gallons of it too fast.
What I do for you guys....
Any other requests for a special style of beer? Ales only, lager takes too long.

Ok, here's the latest scoop. I have a live band willing to haul their stuff over from Buffalo, one of the band members is also one of us. But...they have to haul all their stuff about 75 miles and play for guys that most of them don't even know. I was thinking that we could maybe offer up, say $3 from each of us to help defray their costs? You know, gas and such?
Am I out of line with this guys? I think it would be cool and I have heard recordings of them and they are very good and would be great entertainment, besides the Yota/Matt/Sharps show. They play blues, rock and such, no rap, sorry.
