Well, I guess that means I (and the other 26.5M vets) aren't going to get the gazillion dollar settlement, as desired by some plaintiff's attorney. I can see where some service should have been provided, should damages actually have been done, but these leeches would have gotten somewhere between $1B and $2B, based on contingencies for taking on a class-action that no one (that I spoke with) really wanted.
