I thought that Lemon Laws were for new vehicles only. Ask a lawyer, you might be surprised. In VA there are some mercantability laws that say a good or service must be suitable for the intended purpose, but they stop short of guarantee/warranty issues. Oh, I almost forgot, take the money before they change their mind.
