I'm in Salem, MA, not NH. The bike is currently at Riverside in Somerville, MA. I haven't heard anything about their service either way, except that they have Triumph certified technicians who train once a year in Atlanta.
North River in Salem does have a used America. I went to look at it and it was scraped up. That's about all I saw wrong, except I wasn't keen on the color.
