Believe me they will use that offer against you if anything else happens to the bike after they fixed it and you go the lemon law route.

Remember this is business. You will find another bike, hell you said it would take 3 to 5 weeks to fix it anyway plenty of time to find another one.

People keep saying that, but I've called every dealer in the state and most say they haven't seen a used America in forever. Riverside has one that's scratched up, and Mom's has one that has a deposit on it.

That's why I'm undecided. If I can't find one I can afford before this is fixed, I can either take my money and walk or get back on a bike I love and hope for the best.
