I work in a federal building in downtown DC. We have designated bike parking in the basement ($6 per mo, killer deal) with maybe 30 bikes and a 6-12 month waiting list to get in. DC also has 10 mc designated parking meters behind the building that are also at a super reasonable rate (.25 for 90 min vs .25 for 20 min for cars).
