We too have dedicated areas at the VA hospital. Both are extremely close to the entrances and are either elevated or blocked off to cagers. Both get quite a lot of use. If the Government does it, then it is American, right? Your facilities manager isn't a commie is he? Keep pushing though, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. good luck.
