Sounds like they're going to try and turn this from a budget buster to a revenue producing event.

Maybe if they eased up on the sizable LE force these events seem to have these days, they wouldn't go so far in the hole afterwards. And if they took some of the money the local hotels like to gouge bikers with, charging 3 times or more normal rates, they'd have enough cash to pay for the overhead.
