With the bestons i measured, figured out how much must come off. Then i found a couple sockets that fit perfectly in the ends (each grip of course a different inside diameter) and pushed the socket into the end till it stopped right where the cut was to be made. That way you can used the edge of the socket to guide a single edge razor to make a perfect cut. Use some lube of some type tho because the grips are very sticky and the blade won't glice theu the rubber easily w/o it. Makes for nice clean and accurate cuts.
