Benny, like SalMaglie and Dazco, I got a pair of Beston GT grips off of ebay, though I hadn't had a chance to install them before my bike went to reside in the Dealership's shop. Since they're about 1/2 an inch too long, the ends are best cut off, and look like they'll be completely compatible with the stock bar-end weights.
