Ok heres the deal...
I just went out and pulled the ISO end off
the end of the ISO grip is held on with 4 small allen head bolts around the outside parimeter of the grip
it is also a thicker grip (larger diameter) than a stock grip is

I then took my stock bar end and screwed it into the bar end
No reach issues with the stock screw...

but the centering "button" on the stock bar end is larger (about 5/8") than the ISO centering "button" (about 1/2")

so the button holds the end off from seating...this could be easily fixed by enlarging the hole on the ISO grip...

the end of the ISO grip is flat (with the 5 holes drilled thru it 1 for the centering button and the four forementioned bolt holes) and chromed...so the difference in the diameters might leave a bit of the flat section showing...but because it's chrome I dont think that would be a huge issue...I would have snapped some pics but my digi cam is DOA at the moment
