Well, the Lambskin was tested on my 3000 km (1865 miles) Euro trip. I had it on for the whole time (six days), and it doesn't look like I've sat on it at all. No problem with the heat, since the lambskin seems to breathe even with my big butt pressing it down. Did I get numb? Yes, but I believe I would have been that much sooner and much worse than without the cover. I mean, even sitting in the most comfortable armchair gets uncomfortable after a couple of hours. The gas stops and a few others (stretching and a cold drink) were good to have. Would I recommend others to use a Lambskin Seatcover? Yes, definitely, if going for a long ride with the OEM seat.
