Use one of the hole saws around here somewhere then use The Jetting Calculator to figure where you can start your carb setup.
Also, welcome!

A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice. Pat

Thank you...you know its great that we can all help each other out on stuff like this because Triumph, the actual dealers...all they know how to do is sell you "Triumph" parts...ask them anything on customizing and there speechless. the only issue with the whole saw is finding on deep enough to not bottom out on the 3/4 pipe in the center of the pipe attached to each baffles...Hmmm QUESTION!? What if i get Meineke to give me hollow straight pipes, is it possible to adjust the carb when there is no back pressure

If your going to buy pipes you might want to try these, there cheap, loud, and can get you going untill you decide on something else Emgo pipes
I haved the long TOR but ordered a 2 of the 12" short pipes to try a new sound and if I don't like it I'm only out $40. Just a thought. I like to hang on to my stock pipes just incase I ever need to pass a sound ticket

Ahh beer its not just for breakfast anymore

Ryan, fill in some more info in your profile if you don't mind so we know where you are from etc. Drilling the last two baffles does not really mean you have to rejet. I drilled the last two then threw in a K&N filter and threw out the snorkels. At that point was real lean.

45 pilots and 130 mains fixed it up fine.

I try to aggravate one person a day. Today may be your day.
