From memory you can use this mounting kit from kuryakyn to add the silver bullets to the REAR bolt on the fender strut - it converts the hollow 3/8 thread to the M8 metric thread and lets you hide the wire inside the the stud. They don't make one in the M6 thread you'd need for the middle bolt though.
