I think these have a cool, retro look, but I wonder if they were ever fitted to motorcycles originally?

Any thoughts?

It does look good. Sometimes auto headlights have the lenses cut to focus the beam a little to the right or left. I think MC specific lights focus differently.

These look good too. tri-bar and prizm

A little more spendy, but not bad.

Someone in GA had one like that, I forget who. Looked sharp! I would imagine any slight left-right focusing could be easily aimed via adjustment. Also, I think lots of car left-right bias is built into the housing, not the headlight itself.

New guy here, done a ton of upgrades to my TBA thanks to you guys! I have a set of these on order, hope to get them anyday now, delivery seems a "bit" slow. If anyone is interested, I'll post my findings once I get them and have them mounted. A little pricey maybe but then again, not too bad for a "set".

I have a Tri bar lens with the stock bulb in the stock headlight housing. I like the way it looks and it "seems" brighter- maybe the beam is just more concentrated? The mirrored backpart of the lens has the reflectors built into it and the glass is flat. If any of that makes sense....

Sure was. We were talking in the parking lot about it, right? That was a great trip.
