Just for general info, I reinstalled my Windvest on my '03 TA today on the buckhorn bars I just installed. Things are a little tight, but it was no major problem. I rerouted my clutch cable through the Windvest mounting bracket, just to give the cable a little more slack, but since I don't plan on taking it off, that isn't a problem.
