My 05 America has 16,500 miles and the front rotor has been replaced twice. At 6,000 miles I considered the bucking at slow speed (pulsating at hi speed) a safety issue. The dealer in Palm Bay, Fl had it replaced by Triumph under warranty with no problem. By 9,00 the rear pads were shot. I pulled the front to check them and notice metel to metel wear on the front caliper. By then I was getting some sign of uneven wear on the front rotor again. The dealer checked it out and said the front axle was bent. I had never so much as hit a pot hole with it and was very surprised. The Service Manager agreed that since the were no signs of rim or fork damage, I hadn't caused the problem. It took several months to get a replacement axle, which suggests that Triumph may have been working on a replacement for a known problem. The rotor, axle, caliper and pads were all replcaed on warranty with no resistance at 12,000 miles in March, 2006. Now, at 16,500 there is noticable uneven wear again, but not to the point that I will go for further support, unless it gets worse. My warranty is good to March, 2007.
