I quote, from Mark Swepson (Warranty Department)
We would like to confirm that the quality department and our supplier are currently investigating the braking concerns discussed during your call to our department. We would ask you to note that our warranty will not be extended but our support will be maintained until such time as our supplier completes their enquiry.
Now you have to ask yourself has the supplier completing their enquiry
You have a chance of replacement through Trading Standards, especially if like myself you have had endless trouble with the front disc/rotor, but it would mean taking Triumph through the small claims court
