I've fitted Highway Hawk pullback risers on my Speedmaster, which (I think) are higher than the Rivco's.
I had to get studs made up to fit the thread size on the risers, as I didn't want to drill out the top yoke.
All the cables are long enough, but the brake hoses need lengthening (a good excuse to change to stainless
)
