Hi Keith,

With the speedo in place how would we mount one? The link to the website you offered states, "TRIUMPH Bonneville America. Finally, decent luggage for the Triumph Bonneville. The "BonneBag" is contoured to fit inside the windshield mounting struts and is contoured to match the curve of the windshield. The bag is secured with a 2" Velcro strap at each end, looping over the mounting strut for your Triumph windshield. A full 15" wide, 6" high and 4 inches deep for serious storage. The bag features a full width zipper covered with a Velcro storm flap. Made with 1680 denier cordura."

Yet the pictures are of it mounted to a Bonneville. No America pictured...

Yup, I agree. That's why I posted the thread instead of ordering. I may send Howling Dog an E-mail to find out what the deal is but I was hoping someone here had already bought one and would give me the honest scoop and not a sales pitch.

FWIW, I think the two part bag that has two pockets with just a strap in the center is a better bet to fit the BA then the one they show.

I am not sure where I saw it, and it looked lika an America or Speedmaster, but ... Somebody replaced their speedo, moved it, to the tank, with a ? LCD speedo. That seems to open up that area behind the shield ...
