I too looked at both kits, the Nicasil liners are what is presently in our motors, that is one reason you can probably get 100k miles on the motor itself. However, cast liners have been used for the decades, nothing wrong with them. Bigger point is heat displacement between the Nicasil liners and the cast liners. The motor is setup to operate at a certain temp. optimally, therefore Nicasil would be my choice since cast will displace heat quicker than retaining the heat like the Nicasil liners do. Is it worth it, sure if you want over 80hp and better low-end torque.
