Rob,

That was an excellent story....

I avoid large gatherings like the plague, as large crowds of people get on my nerves rather quickly. However, on Saturday I had to ride up to Portage, Pa. for a family (not mine) get-together. My wife rode up with her sister so I was free to take the bike and join her later. It's about a 75-80 mile trip, and naturally, I took the back roads over the river and through the woods.
As I'm riding along, enjoying the day on a 2 lane road, I see traffic stopped ahead of me and a police car with flashing lights. First thought was "UH-OH!" Then I see a police car coming up the road with flashing lights....
As I'm sitting there wondering what the heck is going on, the police car draws near and behind it is a line, 2 abreast, of..... Minibikes!
There are regular minibikes, chopped minibikes, bobbed minibikes, go-karts, Honda 50's, minibike trikes, you name it... There were people of every age, size, and shape riding these things. After about 20 minutes, they let us proceed and going down a long hill, still passing minibikes, etc., there's a sign "Minibike Reunion".

These people were having fun, enjoying the day, the kids were having a blast..... and I thought to myself now that's what it's all about.....

More flags More fun!
