Umm, food and bikes, sounds like your priorities are definitely in the right place. I consider myself a hobbitt-minded biker; I'll ride anywhere for a good meal!

I know I love Bologna. In the USA, it's just meat swept up off the floor and glued together somehow. But it sure is good, fried or smoked.

are you sure? "tagliatelle" or are you seaking about meat(prosciutto in crosta) but this is not fried or smoked but cooked in furnace (in italian al forno) it was tender as a cream.

Forgive my Italian, and ignorance of other European languages. I was referring to meat - cheap meat. Here in the States, we have several variations of unKosher meats that are actually leftovers at the slaughter house. One of them is a combination of various cuts that fall on the floor. They end up being: Bologna, hot dogs, (weiners, frankfurters or "franks"), Vienna sausages, and if it will not stick together, "potted meat" which comes in a little can. Really nasty stuff, but tastes great.
