No doubt about it.

I want my kids to ride their own, but would never be able to forgive myself if anything ever happened to one of them while riding on two wheels.

It's such a shame that the "motorcycle awareness" issue is so low profile in our society - at least here in the States. Bikes or no bikes, everyone seems to agree that the cell phone users are a problem. Personally, I don't think some people would be any more attentive even if they were talking "hands free" on their phones. Some people, (and we all know who they are), just aren't capable of doing two things at once - certainly not capable of driving a motor vehicle and carrying on a conversation at the same time. Some can't even do that with a passenger in their own car, let alone a cell phone!

I'll support anything and anybody that wants to get the "Motorcycle Awareness" issue out there in front of the public more.

And I will support any measure to limit and restrict cell phone use on the road, too, even though I talk and drive occasionally. I don't get in the car (or truck) to call somebody on my cell phone. My conversations are usually pretty short, to the point, abrupt even. And that has nothing to do with keeping my phone bill down - that's irrelevant.
