I think all of us know that in a high speed crash (especially one with an auto or solid object) the most likely cause of death will be internal injuries. The best thing is to avoid them

. At lower speeds and single vehicle accidents, such as lowsiding, the head is more likely to bear damaging impact (my opinion).
