Now I know what happened to the gas tank off the lawn mower I lost in Pensacola 30 years ago

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

With that contraption being built from TREES, it sure doesn't belong to AL GORE!!!

Cheers,

I believe that was developed by a small Research & Development company, a "splinter" group, or "branch" division if you will, from Harley Davidson International. Their motto is "I'll pine for you, if you'll roll for me".

Triumph hasn't made a v-twin in 80 years.

Stewart,
The sign you refer to is a photoshop deviation, there was no Roll Tide sign in the original. As far as the NuffSaid part. You obviously don't recognize perfection and champions. Folks all around the country have hammered Alabama for eons, and for no reason. I've heard all about the "race riots" in Birmingham (there was only one as opposed to Boston and Chicago), everyone is barefoot here (this too is a falsehood - since everyone here has had shoes for at least two months). There are NO dirt roads in Alabama. Illinois is covered with dirt roads. I'd live no where else in America except Vermont or Dahlonega, Georgia.
The tag on the front of the car in the picture looks European, but Alabama doesn't require front license plates. If there are any decorative ones here, they are Red&white or Orange&Blue (Auburn is also here - another champion).
There are no short curbs in Alabama, or cobblestone streets left.
Don't get me wrong, please! I am not offended since it's your ignorance, not mine that is shining so brightly here. I know that there is nothing wrong with Alabama that LEAVING won't take care of.
And Delta is ready when you are.
You are welcome in my home any time if you want to see for yourself.

Holy Cow, until your tirade (just kidding), I didn't even catch that this was taken in Europe, but yep, now looking at those paving stones in the street, the curb, and the half-timber house in the background, this was no Redneck, but rather a Hinterwälder (German for Hillbilly)

I am relaxed. That's what we do here, remember. I just hope I didn't reveal too many secrets about our Great State. Too many folks are moving here as it is.

Greg, we've got rednecks, hillbillies and ridge runners, too.

OKAY! OKAY! I'M GONNA STOP THIS "BICKERING" RIGHT NOW!!!

I ADMIT IT! That picture was taken in front of MY HOUSE!!!

YES! IT BELONGS TO ME!!!

Now, I WAS hopeing this whole thing would JUST blow over, and nobody would discover my "little secret", buuuttt NOOOO, that didn't seem to happen. So, I'll tell you guys how MY, as I call it, GP 650 Special(that GP stands for Georgia Pacific...NOT Grand Prix, BTW) came to be.

You see, with the construction boom in California...(HEY...all these illegal..ahem...UNDOCUMENTED immigrants flocking to these "golden shores" have to live SOMEPLACE, RIGHT???!!!)...goin' on here, LUMBER has been plentiful around all these new sub-divisions springin' up as far as the eye can see, sooooo one day......

Well, I think YOU GUYS can pretty much figure out the rest!!!

Cheers,
Dwight
(The ONLY problem with my GP 650 Special here, is that along with changin' the oil every 3,000 miles, it ALSO has to be tented for termites at the same time TOO, necessitating a three day down-time in the process)

Yes, but if we get divorced after 31 years, we can still be brother & sister. The Thanksgiving weekend will go undisturbed....... and all will be well.
