Sounds like this is their standard practice, which to me makes it just another crap place. They probably wine all day about not making any money but only care about selling new bikes. Screw everything else.
If you plan on ordering from them, I would suggest going somewhere else. If you have no choice, get on the phone with them right away and let them know that you know they suck. Tell them I said so!
You know who else I think sucks.. The steelers, but thats a shoe-in.
