Balanced the carbs last night. Took awhile but finally got them level. However when I took the hose off the left carb I noticed smoke coming out of the nipple. Anyone ever experienced this?

A smoking nipple is never a good sign... oh you meant the nipple on the carb, nevermind then!

I discovered smoke coming from my carb rubber gasket, found they were installed backwards. Wouldn't have known otherwise.

Mine bike doesn't do that, but i usualy smoke after playing around with nipples.
