Here is something you can try it is by Tandy Leather, I've used it for last 20 yr or more. It doesn't change the color of leather ( darken the lighter leathers, like mink oil or saddle soap ). It is Dr. Jacksons Hide Rejuvenator. It cleans,protects,conditions & softens. Just pasted on my First leather jacket to a riding buddies wife who is leaning to ride, & after 25 years it looks almost brand new. It has been across many miles & thru 3 bikes. Shame it got too small, they don't make them like they used to, with thick hides anymore.
