Pretty much the same procedure. It's no harder than on any other bike, just make sure the bead on the other side from where you are working is down in the center of the rim to give you enough slack. And be careful not to pinch the tube!

Once the tire is changed, it would be a good idea to get the assembly balanced at a bike shop.
