Panda- There is a hot to power the tach, and a hot to power the light. They are tied together and connected to a hot wire. You will be using wires from 2 different plugs. The plug with 2 wires is Red-coil, green-hot with ignition on. There is a 3 wire plug (clock), brown wire from this plug is ground. Whitt posted a link to instructions earlier in this thread.
