I think you guys are forgeting about those cagers who actually DO use their turn indicators BUT don't make that ALL IMPORTANT look over their shoulder to check their freakin' BLIND SPOT before they come a creepin' into your lane.

Now, I'm no statistician, but there can't be THAT high of a percentage of drivers out there with chronic NECK PROBLEMS....can there???!!!
