I've changed mine to twin lines by putting a 90 degree banjo on the master cylinder. Other than being a real pain to bleed it initially, it's been fine.
I've been told that you can pump the new brake fluid from the calipers up to the master cylinder using a syringe, but as I didn't have one, I had to do it the normal way.
